I am an authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant who believes that ceremonies should never be created with a “one size fits all approach”, as your special ceremony should reflect who you are as individuals, as a couple and/or as a family, ensuring your milestone occasion and your lives more generally will take on added meaning. Whether it be small or large, formal, informal, traditional, contemporary or thematic, you’ll experience a holistic ceremony reflecting your particular journey in love and life, that you will enjoy and remember always for all the right reasons.
Having worked as a registered nurse, community mediator, government administrator and trainer and presenter, I am adept at listening to, analysing, meeting and following up on my client’s varied needs and tastes to ensure excellent outcomes. As I understand and appreciate the value a significant commitment, ceremony or milestone celebration in life has, I can either help get the process started for you by providing a wonderful selection of resources including readings, poetry, music, vows, symbolic rituals etc, or create from scratch your own tailored ceremony and celebration that’s completely unique to you.
In addition to commemorative marriage certificates, Licensed to Wed offer a range of other special certificates to recognise your commitment, renewal of vows, naming of a baby / child, to show appreciation for the efforts of those in your bridal party or special friends and family, or as a keepsake for god parents and grandparents. I also provide a high quality portable PA system with built-in CD player, USB & IPOD adapter as needed, and a choice of beautiful tablecloths, pens, signing table & chairs, for outdoor ceremony locations.
