We are the resident caterer at one of Cairns premier outdoor entertainment venues, Cannon Park Race Track, and provide our services all around Cairns, the Tablelands & Port Douglas. Our recipe is simple, we take fresh local produce, create innovative menus, have a fabulous team of staff who are passionate, then we deliver excellent service.
