• Consultations to get to know you and plan how you want your wedding to evolve
• Sourcing venues and carefully selecting suppliers based on your style, budget and personality
• Booking your chosen suppliers (there is no commission added to these costs)
• Attending supplier meetings and site inspections with, or on behalf of you
• Managing the budget so you can make informed decisions
  Coordinating wedding rehearsals and pre or post-wedding get-togethers
• Overseeing the ceremony and reception order of service & ensuring everything is happening as planned
• Ensuring suppliers deliver on what is required of them for the ceremony and reception
• Creating a comprehensive “Event Order” to be distributed to all suppliers, including run sheets, floor layouts, menu information, transfer details, directives and anything else that eliminates confusion
• Assist the MC with what is expected and when, so that they can relax and enjoy the wedding too
• Set out any place cards, menus, bonbonniere etc on the day
• Advice, recommendations and group packages about where to stay, what to do and how your guests can get the most out of their stay
• Provide a listening ear whether you feel like laughing or crying about the process and an understanding that yes, weddings can be stressful, but sharing that moment with the people you love is all worth it
