Set amidst the beautiful and tranquil rural properties of Peats Ridge, New South Wales,  The Springs is the perfect place to eat, drink, play and celebrate. We host a variety of special occasions including engagements, high tea’s, birthday parties, corporate events and weddings, in which we are very popular for. We are able to cater to the couples every need, as The Springs has its very own wedding stylist, who can assist with a range of unique styling options and themes. The decor creates a romantic, rustic and chic touch.

No matter whether you’re having an intimate small wedding, marquee wedding or large formal occasion, our wedding venue is able to hold as little as 40 people, to a capacity of 260 seated and 350 for a cocktail event. Our executive chef, offers a number of menu packages from a degustation dinner, lavish 2 or 3 course meal, food stalls, grazing plates, canapé style, vegetarian or Kosher style wedding, with boutique wine and beverage list also available.
