Boasting a tranquil & private bush setting, Tuggeranong Homestead is an extensive, heritage-listed rural property in the heart of southern Canberra, and the ideal venue for conferences, weddings and events. Featuring a full commercial kitchen, many Homestead rooms, outbuildings and outdoor spaces, our venue has its own traditional rustic character and caters for both small & large celebrations. Offering exclusive use of the Homestead’s beautiful 70 acres and several function rooms of various sizes and styles to choose from, we can tailor your event to your individual needs to ensure your day is perfect.
Our sandstone paved garden café area provides alfresco seating that’s ideal for for your entire wedding celebration, or to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and finger food before being seated in the Homestead or Machinery Shed for the main meal and festivities. Tuggeranong Homestead caters for groups of 30 to 500 people (maximum seated), as well as a marque adjoining the machinery shed for up to 150 guests. We have professional & friendly event staff ensuring your event runs smoothly, with delicious catering menus using the highest quality food, & wedding packages also available.
